Max has long-standing family ties to Western North Carolina and moved to the area full time in 2009, later graduating from Mars Hill University. With over 15 years of experience as a land surveyor in the region, Max brings a true boots-on-the-ground understanding of Appalachian terrain, development, and construction workflows. Through operating a survey company, he has worked closely with local builders and real estate professionals to 
ensure accurate, timely deliverables and clear communication throughout every phase of a project. His focus on precision and coordination plays a key role in how we approach documentation and large-scale property work.

Brian brings a unique blend of technical operations experience and creative discipline. He spent eight years working in supply chain management where he developed a strong understanding of process, precision, and how small details impact larger systems. Alongside that career, Brian has spent a lifetime immersed in music, which continues to shape his sense of rhythm, timing, and composition behind the camera. Over the past five years, he has worked closely with his wife to help grow a successful photography business, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, client service, branding, and creative production.  He began his own creative journey full time in 2025.
